THE ESTABLISHMENT
PT. Gansa Techno Center (GTC) was established in April 2006 to be the new authorized service center of USTER® fiber and yarn testing and yarn clearing equipment. The establishment is also popularly known as Uster Local Service Station (LSS) in Indonesia. Being part of Agansa International Group – a leading provider of textile spare part & machinery equipment, PT. Gansa Techno Center has continued to maintain customer satisfaction through quick and reliable service.
Since December 2006, we have come closer to our valued customers in both Central and East Java with the opening our service center in Solo. By January 20, 2011 our Solo office was declared a full-fledged workshop.
Our growth has come in the form of a significant collaboration with Tsudakoma Corp. of Japan since December 2013. Tsudakoma Corp. -machine tool attachments, is a manufacturer of a quality machine vises, indexers, and NC Rotary Tables commonly used in industries of aerospace, automotive, electronic, energy and medical-parts. Our national car manufacturers have used a lot of Tsudakoma products. PT. Gansa Techno Center provides sales and after sales service of Tsudakoma products.
With the support of our trained team members, we are determined to serve our customers/clients all over Indonesia from our Bandung and Solo office. Our field engineers are certified in Uster Technologies service and those dealing with Tsudakoma products were trained in Tsudakoma-Japan. Thus, our commitment to excellence has become more than obvious.
Since January 2023, PT. Gansa Techno Center has been appointed as Uster Technologies sales agent for Indonesia so customer can gain cross-equipment benefits through complete life cycles management together with combination of services.
